Perfect for that special vintage button you have been keeping forever.
Created using Bessie May Snikel, our 4ply best of italian quality, Extra Fine Merino, in the favoured colour of Bessie May ‘Lichen’. Love the name for the collar ~ Samphire.
Would be great also in the other special Snikel shades, so could be worn to fit many different outfits, and a beautiful gift ~ maybe for Mother’s Day?
Congratulations to Bee and Pom Pom Quarterly for a very special pattern.

This beautiful Chevron Scarf featured in this month’s Simply Knitting Magazine, is a great project using only 100g of yarn.
Designed with Bessie May Grace, Super Kid Mohair and Silk, in Berry, it looks amazing.
Bessie May Grace is a Lace Weight, so although 100g project, the metres for the scarf are 780, which is why it looks so full and cosy.
The pattern is available here ~ for only 69p, which is great value.
A simple lace pattern repeat, knitted straight, it could be done with enjoyable ease, so could be a great option for Mother’s Day.
Some are already being made in the blue if Dusk, as well as, softest beige of Mist, but could also be lovely in the brighter shades of Fair and Lychee.

Pattern is launched today, with kits of both colour ways available, providing yarn required and downloadable pattern free.
Some lovely shots capture in the snow, just to prove hats are still in great need.

A Bessie May Design hits Let’s Knit Magazine in their March Bumper Issue – the Honor Swing Top in ‘Zest and Zing‘ of Bessie May Honor, perfect for that spring day, with inspiration of spring flowers and daffodils.
Created using reversed stocking stitch using a large and small needle together, so a soft elasticated style fabric. Fun and straight forward to make, as well as light and cool to wear. Can be dressed up with a lovely summer skirt, or worn casual with shorts or jeans.
If you prefer more subtle colours then pastels and soft shades to choose from as well.
