Design

The Bessie May Honor Swing Top, inspired by spring flowers, in two tone citrus freshness, with vintage button detailing. To be worn with pretty spring and summer skirts and shorts, and even with top under for layering as the seasons unfold.

Flattering stripe detailing on front and back, linking rib pattern circular neck band and hem.

Elasticated effect fabric, created by using one large and one small size needle together in reversed stocking stitch.

Technique

Easy, straightforward fun knit. Knitted flat, and with simple colour change to create stripe on front and back. Fun working in needles of two different sizes.

Yarn:  Bessie May Honor:  4(4:4:4:5:5) x 50g Balls, Zing (green) 7320, 3(3:3:3:4:4) x 50g Balls, Zest (yellow) 7330 (included in Knit Kit based on size chosen)

Needles: 1 pair 3mm, 4mm and 7.5mm knitting needles, stitch holders & 3 buttons of choice (for information – not included in Knit Kit)
